Who sells and ships my order?

We curate products from independent brands through Shopify Collective. The brand name appears as the Vendor on each product page, and many brands pack and post your order directly.

How long will delivery take?

Usually dispatch in 1–3 business days and 3–10 business days delivery within Australia. Your exact estimate is shown at checkout.

Why did I get more than one parcel?

Items from different brands ship separately from each brand, so they can arrive on different days. Each parcel has its own tracking email.

Can I return something?

Yes, within 30 days for unused items, and any time for faulty goods under the Australian Consumer Law. See Returns & Refunds.

Do discount codes work on everything?

Codes apply to eligible products only. The code's terms and eligible items are shown when you apply it at checkout.
