Shipping & delivery

We ship Australia-wide. Many products are sent directly from the independent brand that makes or sells them (shown as the Vendor on each product page), so items from different brands in one order may arrive in separate parcels.

Dispatch and delivery times

• Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
• Delivery within Australia typically takes 3 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on the brand and your location.
• The delivery estimate and shipping cost for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Christmas orders: please order early. Remote areas and peak periods can take longer.

Tracking

You will get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking email when each parcel ships.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, email jack.p97@outlook.com with your order number and we will chase it up or arrange a replacement or refund.
